General Terms of Use

By accessing or utilizing the Prohyms platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these provisions, you must immediately discontinue your use of our site and services.

While Prohyms maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not assume liability for any unintentional errors or technical inaccuracies. We reserve the right to modify our products, services, and platform policies at any time. Users are strictly prohibited from disrupting the platform's standard operations, attempting unauthorized access (hacking), or hindering other users from accessing the system.

Service Utilization

Access to the platform is strictly limited to registered users—such as institutional staff, students, and parents—who may only use their assigned accounts. Any transaction, fee payment, or data entry authorized using a user's Login ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN/Password) will be treated as legally binding and authorized by the user personly.

Data Confidentiality & Account Security

Your institutional ID, login credentials, and account details are meant for your exclusive use and cannot be transferred to third parties. You are responsible for keeping this information confidential. Prohyms strongly advises against noting down passwords in insecure physical or digital formats. For enhanced security, it is recommended that you update your login credentials every 60 to 90 days.

Transaction Verification & Logs

All digital records, transaction logs, and accounting entries maintained by the Prohyms system are considered final, conclusive, and binding upon the user. In the event you suspect a discrepancy or error in your transaction history, you are required to submit a formal written notice to our support team within 15 days of the respective transaction date.

Data Security & Processing Safeguards

Safeguarding your digital footprint is our highest priority. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. When processing online fee payments, your sensitive financial information is transmitted directly to our certified banking partners through an encrypted, high-strength cipher mechanism. Prohyms never stores or gains direct access to your complete credit/debit card details.

Our database resides on state-of-the-art secure cloud infrastructure protected by advanced firewalls, with strictly limited physical and virtual access granted only to authorized personlly. However, as no internet-based transmission is flawlessly secure, users must also take proactive measures, such as logging out from shared devices, to protect their accounts.

Termination of Access

PROHYMES reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or modify access to its services at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of policy violations. Such actions do not release the user or the institution from any outstanding financial or administrative obligations incurred prior to the suspension.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The usage of this platform and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any legal proceedings or conflict resolutions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi/Noida.
